Accommodation Strategy

On larger briefs MCP is generally engaged in the early planning phase in advance of any existing lease expiry to assist management in preparation for decisions relating to the next lease commitment. Engagement over shorter time frames reduces the potential to explore critical property options. Activities undertaken at this stage are focussed on educating the client about the project opportunities, risks and timelines in preparation for the development of a comprehensive needs analysis and a tailored accommodation brief.

MCP will facilitate and participate in the process of quantitative and qualitative data gathering to assist the firm in gathering an understanding of
